A notice to our families

Information on Funerals and COVID-19

As the news of COVID-19 spreads throughout our community and the world, we want to assure you that we are acting with an abundance of caution when it comes to health and safety. As funeral service professionals, we are fully committed to the health and safety of the families we serve, our community, and our team members.

We certainly understand the need for families to grieve and for others to support those that are grieving, however these are very precarious times. For those wishing to proceed with services for their loved ones, at this time we are encouraging private services with limited attendance with social distancing being advised.

To help address this developing health concern, we have taken additional precautionary measures to help lessen the spread of the virus by increasing the frequency of deep cleaning and sanitizing our entire facility per CDC guidelines.

Our team is meeting daily to assess the immediate situation and evaluate all updates from the Centers for Disease Control. We are also members of the New York State Funeral Directors Association, and are closely following their guidance and best practices.

We will continue to serve our community 24 ours a day. Your health, and the health and safety of our team members is of the utmost importance to us as we try to mitigate the effects of this pandemic and limit the amount of disruption to what we know is already an extremely difficult time for families.

Thank you for your understanding during these challenging times.
