Earl R. Kuenzli Jr.

It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn’t go alone, for part of us went with you the day God called you home…..Earl R. Kuenzli, Jr. 84, of Warren Center, Pa went home to be with his Lord, Tuesday evening, December 1, 2015. Earl was born on April 14, 1931 in Endicott, NY a son of the late Earl and Mary Kuenzli, Sr. He was a graduate of Owego High School and proudly served his country with the US Army. On January 16, 1954 a cold and snowy day, Earl married Joan Pitcher and together they made Warren Center their home. Earl and Joan were devoted members of the Warren Center Baptist Church. As a carpenter, and a builder for God, Earl along with his wife Joan traveled on many mission trips to Russia and Siberia to aid in building churches. Earl is survived by his wife of nearly 62 years, Joan; a step son Ralph and his wife Ranon Wilks; brothers Robert Kuenzli, Donald (Darlene) Kuenzli; and Earl Drake, Jr.; a sister Betty Sheffield (Larry Galpin) two grandsons: Matt and Jason; two great grandchildren; a special friend Crystal Franklin and her children Debbie and Gage. Several nieces, nephews and their families also survive. Family and friends are invited to attend a period of visitation on Friday, December 4th from 11 -1 pm at the Warren Center Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 1 pm with his pastor, Rev. Larry D. Jennings, officiating. Interment will follow in the Warren Center Cemetery.
