Cheryl Phillips, 66, of Hillside Drive, Towanda, daughter of the late Carlton and Dorothy (Williams) Phillips, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the Towanda Memorial Hospital following a short term illness. Abiding with her wishes, there will be no services.
