Douglas B. Miller

Douglas B. Miller, 60, of Windham, Pa passed away peacefully at his home following a brief period of declining health on August 23, 2021. Doug was born on December 26, 1960 in Sayre, Pa a son of the late Emerson and Phyllis (Evans) Miller. Doug opened his heart and cared for many as a licensed practical nurse. He had a great love for animals and often would care for friends animals when they needed to be away. Doug will be remembered for his musical ability and loved to play the piano. Doug will be missed by his siblings: Cindy (Doug) Thetga; Becky (Mike) Dunbar, Terri Hongach; his caregivers and best friends Sherry and Angel Sterns-Lazado; nieces and nephews: Matthew Thetga, Mark Thetga, Lois Horton, Patricia Selander, Michael Dunbar, Andi Ayers, Daniel Krager, Nathan Krager, and Nika Grippo. Doug was reunited in heaven with his parents and his niece Amber Miller. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, September 18th at 11am at the West Warren Congregational Church with Pastor David Pitcher, officiating.
