Edith J. Driscoll

Edith J. Driscoll, 69, of Rome, Pa passed away peacefully on Friday, April 2, 2021 at the Troy Community Hospital following a period of declining health. Edie, as she was known by her family and friends was born on July 15, 1951 in Sayre, Pa a daughter of Dorothy (Rommel) and the late Paul Steele. Edie was a graduate of Sayre High School and for many years, traveled into work with her husband at Sylvania. Edie was a talented baker and made the best Apple and Cherry Pies! Edie will be forever remembered by her husband of nearly 51 years, William P. Driscoll, her son Dale Driscoll; her mother Dorothy Steele; sisters Patricia Strouble and Paulette Steele and brother Joe (Bonnie) Steele; nine nieces and nephews also survive. Abiding with her wishes, there will be no services.
