Evelyn J. Palulis

Evelyn J. Palulis, 85, of Warren Center, Pa passed away on August 27, 2014 at the Binghamton General Hospital. She was born on January 17, 1929 in Binghamton, NY a daughter of the late James and Norma (Donohue) Stevens. Evelyn was a avid reader and a fine seamstress. She was predeceased by her husband Albert Palulis; her sons James Lewis and George Lewis; a sister Margaret Miller; and brother James Stevens. Evelyn is survived by her daughters Margaret Lewis Kleingardner of Schenevus, NY; Virginia Lewis of Endicott; her sisters Gerri Allen of Binghamton and Sally Ellis of Endwell. Her grandchildren: Mathew Lewis, Andrea Burns, Heather Spears Sprague, Daniel Spears, Graham Mac Donald; Jay Townsend; several great grandchildren, nieces, nepehws and their families also survive. A period of visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd form 10-11 am at the Sutfin Funeral Chapel, 273 S. Main Street, Nichols. Funeral services to follow at 11 with Father Casimir Stanis, officiating. Interment will be in the St. Thomas Cemetery, Little Meadows, PA.
