Frank R. Altieri

Frank R. Altieri, 56, of Halsey Valley Rd., Barton, NY passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2010 following a period of declining health. Frank was born on March 21, 1953 in Sayre, Pa a son of the late Alexander and Marie (Jennings) Altieri. He was a veteran of the US Army. Frank was an avid Steelers fan, enjoyed fishing and playing poker. Frank is survived by his wife Mary (Featherman) Altieri; his children: Angela, Frank, Alex, April, Robert, Cassandra and Nikolas. Siblings: Patricia Layton, Alex (Connie) Altieri, Bob Altieri, Mark Altieri, Christine (Rich) Berger; grandchildren: Mackenzie, Alexandra and Marie; several nieces and nephews also survive. Frank was predeceased by his parents Alexander and Marie Altieri; and five siblings. Family and friends are invited to attend a period of visitation and time of sharing memories on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 from 10 am until 11 am at the Sutfin Funeral Chapel, 273 S. Main St., Nichols. Funeral services for Frank will be held at 11 am at the funeral chapel.
