Harold A. Johnson

Harold A. Johnson, 82, of Owego passed away on Tuesday evening, January 10, 2023 at the Riverview Manor Nursing Home in Owego. Harold was born on August 15, 1940 in Endicott, NY a son of the late Hoy W. and Flora L. (Ellis) Johnson. He proudly served his country with the US Air Force from 1962 – 1966. Harold treasured the time he spent in the military and the journey it took him on. He always loved to visit and share the stories of his service journey. For many years, he was employed as a purchasing agent for McIntosh Labs in Binghamton.

Harold is survived by his nieces: Jan and David Foland; Judy and Tom McCartney, Lon and Ron Havens, Betsy Johnson, Susan and Kelly Coffelt; his nephews: Wayne and Lisa Klossner, Mark and Erin Klossner, Scott and Pam Johnson; numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews also survive. Harold was predeceased by his parents; his brother and sister-in-law: Donald and Sally Johnson; sister and brother-in-law: Alice and David Klossner; step brother Earl Johnson; step sister Marie Parisella.
