Harold W. Taylor

Harold W. Taylor, 91, of Little Meadows, PA passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at his home. Harold was born on November 13, 1920 in Rome, PA a son of the late Rollin J. and Gwennie E. (Williams) Taylor. He was a 1939 graduate of Rome High School. On October 27, 1946 he married Marion E. Jackson and together they owned and operated a farm on Towner Hill until 1966. They then moved to Unadilla, NY and continued farming until 1980. Harold enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Harold is survived by his wife of 65 years, Marion E. Taylor, his children: Philip H. (Liz) Taylor; Deborah A. (Dale) Grover; Diane M. Cecil; Jeffrey Taylor; his sisters: Adice Schuchterman; Gladys Tomkins; Phyllis Beyer; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Abiding with his wishes, there will be no services.
