Jane L. Goodenow

Jane Lucille (Barnes) Goodenow, 73, of Wysox, Pa passed away on Wednesday morning, April 8, 2009 following a brief period of declining health. Jane was born on March 21, 1936 in Towanda, Pa a daughter of the late Eugene Joseph Parsons and Marjorie Louise Barnes. For many years, Jane was employed as a Clerk at the Dandy Mini Mart and Herr's Dairy Bar in Towanda, Pa. Jane is survived by her daughter Pam Goodenow of Towanda; siblings: John Parsons of Towanda, Pa; Timothy Parsons of Tunkhannock, Pa; Brenda Garcia of Zephyerhills, Fla; Rose Schaad of Sayre, Pa; her grandchildren: a very special grandson Corey Goodenow and Rebecca Goodenow; several nieces, nephews and their families also survive and special freiends Sandy Chamberlain of Towanda and Dorothy Decker of Monroeton. Jan was predeceased by her husband Connie F. Goodenow; siblings: Eugene, Joseph, William and Irene. Family and friends are invited to attend graveside services on Friday, April 10th at 1 pm at the Darling Cemetery, Orwell Twp., Pa with Pastor Donn Hauser of the Independent Baptist Church.
