John "Jt" B. Theurer Jr.

The family of John Brooks "JT" Theurer of Barton, NY and formerly of Skaneateles, NY announce his passing on Saturday, June 3, 2017. He leaves behind his wife of 43 years, his three children and their families; as well as his mother. JT owned and operated NAPA Auto Parts in Owego since 1976. He was an avid outdoors man, enjoying hunting, fishing, gardening and replenishing the environment. He enjoyed participating in survival camp-outs and enjoyed sharing his knowledge as well as learning more about nature. JT was a world traveler in his early twenties he traveled to Africa, Philippians, India and China. An avid photographer he loved to share his stories of his travels with his family. Abiding with his wishes, there will be no services.
