Judy Ann Hitchcock, 66, of Windham Twp., Rome, Pa passed away at her home on Monday, October 10, 2022. Judy was born on June 12, 1956 in Scranton, Pa a daughter of the late Frederick Doyle and Grace (Williams) Brown. On December 3, 1988, she married Bailey E. Hitchcock and together they have shared nearly 34 years of marriage. Many will remember Judy for the delicious baked goods she made or the smile she shared when she greeted you at the Lounsberry Truckstop or MacDonald’s and most recently Dunkin’ Donuts. Her greatest pleasure was having her grandchildren near by and she loved to play pranks on them! Her loving smile and warm hugs will be missed so much by her family.

Judy will be greatly missed by her husband Bailey E. Hitchcock; her daughter Nicole Rafferty; son Randy Horton; her special grandchildren: Tyler, William, Kaelyn, Freddie and Jaxon. She will also be missed by her siblings: Fred (Carol) Brown, Richard (Phyllis) Brown, George Williams; Stella Barrows, Mary (Bob) Pond. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and their families also survive. She was welcomed into heaven by her parents, her brother David William Brown  and her granddaughter Sabrina Lynn Kithcart.

Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Monday, October 17th at 11 am at the Wysox Cemetery.
