Lawrence E. Fisher

Lawrence E. Fisher, 64, of Walnut St., Elmira passed away on Friday, April 6, 2012 at his home. Larry is survived by his mother, Frances Fisher; siblings: Patricia Dorio, Dennis Fisher, and Jacqueline Fisher; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Larry was born on August 14, 1947 in Sayre, Pa. He was a graduate of Hunterton Central High School in New Jersey and Elmira College. Larry owned and operated the Bentely Creek General Store, loved spending time in the country, hunting and fishing. He was predeceased by his father John T. Fisher in 1999. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Tuesday, April 17th at 4pm at the Sutfin Funeral Chapel, 273 S. Main St., Nichols with Deacon Michael Donovan, officiating.
