Madeline R. Kaminski

Our hearts still ache in sadness, and secret tears still flow, what it meant to lose you, no one will ever know~Our loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother Madeline R. Kaminski, 89 of RR 2, Windham Twp, passed away at her home with her family by her side on Sunday, October 3, 2010. Madeline was born on August 5, 1921 in Stevens Twp., Pennsylvania a daughter of the late Earl and Caroline (Wildrick) Stevens. Devoted to her family, Madeline also enjoyed attending antique auctions, tending to her gardens and will be remembered for her exceptional baked goods. Madeline is survived by her husband Edward Kaminski, her children: Robert Stevens, Louise Woodruff, Richard Ham, Connie McCabe and fianc Scott Schmeckemcher; David Ham and fianc Terry LaBarr; Debra Ham, Diane Ziegler, and Eleanor Ainey. Her grandchildren Karrie Green, Jessica Ziegler, Missy McCabe, Amy, Tina and Lisa Ham, Brittany Johnson, April Crown, David Searles, Rickie and Nicole Ham, Carol Jacobs, Timmy, Tammy Tasha, Valerie Blair, Chris and Cody Waltman, Robert Stevens, Jr., Jean Chilson, Kim and Bobby Maryott, Tommy Maryott; twenty-two great grandchildren; special friends Kathy and Chuck Doane and her special sister Alma Stanton. Madeline was predeceased by her parents Earl and Caroline Stevens, her children Gail Blair Waltman, Bonnie Maryott and Leo Seymour. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service and celebration of Madeline's life on Thursday, October 7th at 4 pm at the Sutfin Funeral Chapel, 273 S. Main St., Nichols with Pastor James Donahoo, officiating. The family will receive their friends on Thursday from 2 pm until the time of the service at 4 pm.
