Mary Jane Karg

Mary Jane Karg of Nichols, passed away on March 10, 2017, at the Riverview Manor in Owego. Mary Jane was born on October 4, 1934 and raised in Mt. Holly, New Jersey. She was a graduate of Mt. Holly High School Class of 1953. Mary Jane and her then husband moved to Nichols in 1978 from Willingboro, NJ. She previously worked at the Burlington County Clerks Office, and previously volunteered at The Robert Packer Hospital and The Tioga County Mental Health Office. Mary Jane enjoyed having great conversations with family and friends, taking pictures, and had a love for the shore. Survived by her daughter Donna Karg Sullivan, her son John (Joan) Karg; her grandchildren, Jeremy Karg, Taryn Novak, Johnny and Joey Karg, several great grandchildren, and a sister Dot Armstrong. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Marti Bowen, brothers Tilton Sager, Jimmy and Kenny Bowen. Abiding with her wishes, there will be no funeral services.
