Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, so loved, so missed, so very dear....Norman L. French, 80, Windham, Pa passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre following a period of declining health. Norm was born on September 25, 1933 in Sayre, Pa a son the late Miles B. and Mildred Dell (Merrill) French. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Victoria; his children: Norman (Polly) French; Joanne Allis; Vicky (Rich) Wagner; a sister Ruthanne Brown; grandchildren: April (Kristopher); Suzi (Jesse); Amy, Norman, Cassie, Scott, Jennifer (Clet); Cody (Kylie); thirteen great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and their families also survive. Norm was predeceased by his son Jeff and seven brothers and sisters. Family and friends are invited to attend a period of visitation and time of sharing memories this evening, Friday, July 25th from 6 to 8 pm at the Sutfin Funeral Chapel, 273 S. Main St., Nichols. Interment and prayers of committal will be held at the convenience of the family in the Buck Cemetery, Windham Summit with Pastor C. Kenneth Crain, officiating.
