Randall "Randy" V. Milner, 70, of Vancouver, Washington passed away at his home on Thursday, June 9, 2022. Randy was born on July 8, 1951 in Waverly, NY a son of the late John Clarence and Norma Elizabeth (Tyrrell) Milner. He was a graduate of Northeast Bradford High School Class of 1969 and received his Associates Degree from Williamsport Area Community College in 1971. Randy proudly served his country in the US Army and was stationed in Texas and Germany. Following an honorable discharge, Randy moved to Boulder Colorado. He worked for many years for Sun Chemical at several locations in the west but eventually made his home in Vancouver, Washington.

Randy is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law: Dennis and Diane Milner of Carrollton, VA; Jeff and Tina Milner from Rome, PA. His aunt Sarah Tyrrell; many nieces, nephews, cousins also survive. He will also be greatly missed by his friend and companion Johnny Culley and many of his friends and family to many who called him Uncle Randy.

Family and friends are invited to attend a period of visitation on Thursday, July 21st from 10 to 12 pm at the Sutfin Funeral Chapel, 273 S. Main St., Nichols.
