Richard C. Bauer, 74, of Endicott, NY passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at the Absolut Care of Endicott. Richard was born on December 22, 1945 in Waverly a son of the late Rudolph C. and Emma (Everett) Bauer. For many years he was employed in the Mail Room at Broome Developmental Center. Dick was predeceased by his parents, his wife Sandra and a brother Rudolph. He will be laid to rest on Thursday, September 3rd at 11 am in the Nichols Cemetery.
