Rouen Kevin Robert Seymour, an angel who touched the earth ever so briefly, was born and returned to the heavens on February 27th, 2024. In his fleeting moment with us, Rouen brought immeasurable love and unity to his family, leaving a lasting legacy of hope and compassion.
Rouen's parents, John and Strawberry (Dinse) Seymour, cherished their son deeply, experiencing a lifetime of love in the instant they held him. Though his physical presence was momentary, his spirit has been indelibly etched into the hearts of his family. Rouen was loved deeply by his grandparents: Kevin Seymour and Carla Caton, Robert "Bob" Dinse, as well as John Jones and Geraldine "Geri" Evans, and great grandma Sharon Batson felt the profound joy of welcoming Rouen into the lineage of their families, a joy that remains unbroken even as they bid him farewell.
Rouen will be missed by his extended family: Ayla Seymour and her children Raelynn and Kinsley Brown, Jarred Seymour and his son Ryelith and soon-to-be son Cooper, Stephanie Stevens, Raymond Evans, Steve Evans, and Felicia Dinse.
The Seymour family extends their heartfelt gratitude to those who have held them in their thoughts during this time. Rouen's legacy is a testament to the unyielding love that endures beyond the physical realm, a reminder that even the smallest footprint can leave an everlasting imprint on the world.
The family will gather at the Valley Home Cemetery in Windham for a private committal service. Though Rouen Kevin Robert Seymour's time on earth was a mere whisper, the symphony of love he inspired will resonate through his family's lives forever.
