Ruth Lucile Clearwater

Ruth Lucile Clearwater, 84, formerly of Elizabeth Square Apartments in Waverly, passed away with her daughter and great granddaughter by her side, Friday, July 17, 2015. Ruthie was born on November 20, 1930 a daughter of the late Chester and Hazel (Washburn) Greene. She enjoyed crocheting, spending time walking ~ and was a recipient of the "Walker of the Year" award while living in Waverly. Ruthie will be greatly missed by her daughter Hazel Wayman and her companion Dale Randall of Nichols; great granddaughter Mary Strope Ferguson of Horseheads; a brother and sister-in-law: Raymond and Grace Greene of Sayre. Ruthie was predeceased by her parents, her brothers: Roger, Richard and Ronald. Abiding with her wishes, there will be no services.
