Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great, and great great grandmother….all who visited were loved and fed ~ Sarah Elizabeth Kittle, 90, of Briggs Hill Road, Nichols, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2011, with family by her side. Sarah was born on August 30 1921 in Wykertown, NJ, daughter of Harry and Elizabeth (Myers) Perry. On August 13, 1939 she married Truman Kittle and together they raised six children. She now has 51 direct descendants, all of whom will miss her greatly. Sarah was a member of the Nichols Ladies Auxiliary. Sarah's greatest pleasures in life were spending time with her family, baby-sitting her grandchildren, baking, and being on the farm. She is survived by her daughters Ruth (Gene) Cvik, Joann (Bob) Bradley, Patti (Lou) Striley, and Betty (Jim) Hennessy; sons Truman (Laura) Kittle, Jr. and Joseph (Pam) Kittle; sisters Emma McNatt and Nancy Ketcham; favored in-laws Mary Perry, Danny Rogers, and Mary Mandaville; grandchildren Kim, Kris, Tammy, Terry, Truman, Tyler, Laurice, Lauran, Brian, Shilo, Cassie, Joe, Keith, Ted, Amanda, Michelle, Jason, Mitchell, Courtney, and Victoria; great grandchildren Sarah, Angela, Nathaniel, Austin, Rylie, Jordan, Lucas, Faith, Brooke Jocelyn, Erica, Ethan, Hayden, Evelyn, Crystal, Alicia, Kayla, Madison, Haley, Mira, Jillian, and Kaylan; great great grandchildren Gavin, Isabella, and Alyssa. Sarah was predeceased by her husband Truman Kittle, Sr. in 1987 and her brothers Edward Perry and Fred Perry. Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of a life well lived, for Sarah, on Thursday, October 13th at 11 am at the Sutfin Funeral Chapel, 273 S. Main St., Nichols. A luncheon and gathering will follow the service at the Nichols Masonic Lodge.
