William "Bill" Harrington, 72, of Horseheads, NY passed away on November 17, 2019. Bill was born on April 20, 1947 in Buffalo, NY to the late Herbert and Ellen (Brown) Harrington. Bill will be missed by his sister, Anna Nelson of Williamsport, PA; his cousins: Barbara Crannell, Tom and Kathy Carpenter, Tammy and Paul Lentini, Joseph Carpenter and Michelle and Paul Chadwick. Bill was predeceased by his parents: Herbert and Ellen Brown; his sister: Anna Louise Aloise; his uncles and aunts: Glenn Harrington, Walter Harrington and William (Virginia) Brown and Margaret Carpenter.
