William "Butch" Keith Bennett

December 22, 1946 — October 9, 2018

William Keith "Butch" Bennett passed away unexpectedly on October 9, 2018 due to surgical complications. Butch was born on December 22, 1946 in Endicott, NY to William H. Bennett and Pearl Elaine (Henson) Bennett. He married Juanita Whitmarsh Bennett in 1967 and they had two daughters Amy Elaine and Sandra Kay. They moved to Florida in 1978. He was an auto body repairman his entire adult life and took great pride in restoring antique cars. Predeceased by his father Bill and his mother Pearl (who passed when he was a very young child), Butch is survived in Florida by his ex-wife Doreen Bennett, his children Amy Elaine (Greg) Elliott, Sandra Kay (Alan) Brower, the mother of his children Juanita Bennett, his grandchildren Paige, Trey, Brittany, Tristan, Jessica, Tina & Cassidy, and eleven great grandchildren. He is also survived by his second mother, Marion (Bill) Eiklor Bennett, who always loved him as her own, his brothers Randy Bennett and Lee Eiklor and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends near and far. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside services on Saturday, May 18th at 11 am at the Tioga Cemetery, Owego with Pastor Jon Austin, officiating.
